Caller said they were from yahoo and that my email account had been hacked. They were trying to get me to give them access to my computer. Computer support scam.
sick of this no now it fake guys DONT RING THEM BACK REPORT THEM AS SCAM
personal information fraud
They say they are from yell.com and need to speak urgently about my ad. Despite emails to them requesting no more calls they keep coming right in the middle of my working day on the mobile and at home. If this is truly from yell (hibu) then their customer service sucks big time. My wife even told one lady (who was American) that if there is really something wrong with the account send an email with details. Ok she said yet only two hours later they called again. Its now difficult to know if they are a scam as I cant believe yell would treat clients as badly as this. Be wary!
They are a fraudulent bunch of people pretending to be carphone warehouse and trying to get card details of people! Beware!
Indian call centre phishing for private details and then wanting to sell me a fake sim card deal when the first didn't work. Put the phone down and let him keep talking until he cottoned on and hung up.
